Who this notice is for

This notice applies to visitors to 3compmed.com and people who send a business enquiry. Do not submit patient data, clinical records or other special-category information.

Information we may receive

If contact delivery is enabled, we may receive the name, work email, organisation, optional telephone number, enquiry type and message you choose to submit. Necessary preference storage records your cookie choice. Optional analytics receives only privacy-safe page and interaction events after consent.

Purpose and lawful basis

Business-enquiry information is used to respond, assess requirements and maintain relevant correspondence. The final controller legal identity, registered address and privacy contact remain pending confirmation and legal review; they must be supplied before production contact delivery is activated.

Sharing and retention

Enquiries are intended to be delivered through a same-origin Cloudflare Worker to the dedicated Google Workspace mailbox. No SMTP or Google password is used by the site. Retention is subject to the approved business schedule and legal requirements.
