Data excluded from analytics

Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, organisations, messages, patient information, form values and sensitive query strings are never included in site analytics events.

Google Analytics measures visits and marketing actions. Microsoft Clarity provides masked heatmaps and session recordings to help improve this public website. Both load through Google Tag Manager only after you accept optional analytics. Contact forms are masked, and authenticated or sensitive product workflows are excluded.
